How do i get a Refund on the Download Order?
The Cost for a Printed Manual is $14-$15 (+S&H).
If you Paid $5 for your download, then you upgraded for $9-$10
That adds up to the cost of a printed manual
$5+$9=$14
You did SAVE $5 as the UPGRADE Price it not given to new customers.

How do I get a Refund on a Download order?
Refunds are not issued for a download order,(SEE POLICIES)
our system tracks each customer by their IP# and when have have accessed their manual.
If you were not able to read your manual, then
WE SEND YOU THE DIRECT LINK TO THE PDF or E-Mail the manual itself
